Let Me Introduce Myself

  • I’m Yasmin and I’m an aspiring Brand Marketer, here’s a bit about me and my creative journey.

    Since I can remember I’ve had a passion for storytelling. Visual, written and verbal. As a young girl I thrived in Art, Photography, Literature and Sport Teams. I have now studied ‘Fashion Communication and Promotion’ at Nottingham Trent University, where I’ve gained a national project award for innovation, built my skillset and have become a creative professional I’m proud of.

Industry of Fashion Award

  • In 2024 I had the honour of winning The National AFBE and ‘TheIndustry.Fashion’ Student Business Award for Innovation.

    This was awarded to me in acknowledgment of my self devised project ‘Little Miss Lost’ after presenting my work to an online symposium of judges, industry professionals and fellow creatives.

    This project involved a printed visual report outlining my initial ideas and concept development to outcomes, a short book, and a hypothetical campaign. The aim of the project was to rid shame around sensuality for women, within the lingerie industry.
